About these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to Vymingle, operated by POKETCGUK LTD. By using Vymingle, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must not create an account on behalf of a minor or allow a minor to use your account. We may suspend or close accounts when eligibility or safety requirements are not met.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify our support team if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Use the service respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, hate, threats, scams, solicitation, non-consensual content, sexual exploitation, abuse involving minors and unauthorized use of other people’s images are prohibited. Do not interfere with app security or manipulate virtual items or purchases. More detail is available in our Community Guidelines.
Profiles, communication and LIVE
Features can include discovery, matching, private messaging, video calls, time-limited introductions and LIVE broadcasts. Availability and functionality may depend on region, age eligibility, account status, and the app version. Interactions with other people are your responsibility; use care when deciding to share information or meet anyone offline.
Your content and licenses
You retain rights to content you lawfully create or upload. You grant Vymingle a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, transmit and moderate your content to operate the service, consistent with your settings and this agreement. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to share any content you upload. We may remove content that violates our rules or the law.
Premium, coins, gifts and creator programs
Where offered, subscriptions and virtual currency purchases are governed by the displayed product terms, applicable app-store policies and local consumer laws. Virtual coins and gifts are digital items, not cash deposits or an investment, and are not redeemable for cash by ordinary users unless separate published program terms explicitly provide otherwise. Eligible creator earnings and payouts, if available, may require identity verification and separate contractual terms. Never purchase items through unauthorized third parties.
Safety, enforcement and reports
We may review content and reports, restrict features, remove materials or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for user safety, legal compliance or enforcement of these terms. We aim to handle safety reports responsibly, but cannot guarantee a particular outcome or that all harmful material will be detected immediately.
Changes and service availability
We may update, suspend, remove or limit features for technical, legal, security or business reasons. We will give notice when required by law or applicable purchase terms. The website may describe features being prepared for launch; it does not guarantee availability on a particular date.
Disclaimers and liability
Vymingle is a platform for connecting people and does not verify or guarantee the character, intentions or identity of every user. Exercise independent judgment online and offline. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by relevant law.
Ending your account
You may stop using the service and request account deletion through our account deletion instructions. We may restrict or close accounts for serious violations, subject to law. Certain provisions necessary to handle legal duties, outstanding purchases, safety and disputes may continue after closure.
