Respect other people
Treat everyone as a person. No threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, coercion, hateful conduct, discriminatory abuse or repeated unwanted contact. Respect someone’s choice to stop interacting and do not attempt to evade blocks.
Consent and boundaries
Obtain consent before sharing another person’s photo, recording or personal information. Do not distribute intimate imagery without consent, pressure anyone into sexual conduct, or record and publish private calls without the required permissions. Consent can be withdrawn.
No minors or child exploitation
Vymingle is 18+. Do not create or allow an underage account. Child sexual abuse and exploitation material, grooming, sexualized depictions of minors, requests for such content and conduct putting children at risk are strictly prohibited. See our Child Safety Standards.
Be genuine
Do not impersonate others, use stolen photos, misrepresent your identity to defraud users, create automated spam accounts or fabricate relationships to solicit money. Use profile photos and descriptions that you are authorized to share.
Keep content lawful and appropriate
No illegal content, violent threats, promotion of sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, commercial sexual solicitation, fraudulent schemes or content that violates another person’s rights. Live broadcasts and profile media are subject to the same rules as messages.
No scams or financial coercion
Do not request money using fabricated emergencies, engage in investment/crypto scams, pressure people to buy gifts, offer fake payouts, run payment fraud or solicit banking credentials. Use only official Vymingle purchase and eligible creator payout channels.
Report and block
Use the app’s report and block tools where available, or contact wankaniea@gmail.com. Provide relevant account details and a description of the problem, but do not email passwords or unnecessary intimate material. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
How we respond
Depending on the report and applicable law, we may investigate, remove content, restrict communication, disable LIVE access, suspend accounts, preserve necessary evidence or make legally required reports. Outcomes vary by risk and evidence. We do not disclose private details of investigations unless appropriate.
