Our zero-tolerance standard
Vymingle prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, sexual solicitation of minors, and any attempt to share, request, create or distribute material that exploits or sexualizes children. These rules apply to all user content, communications, LIVE broadcasts and off-platform conduct connected to abuse through Vymingle.
Adults 18+ only
Vymingle is not intended for children or teenagers. Users must be at least 18 years old. We prohibit minors from joining and will review reports of suspected underage accounts, including taking steps to restrict access or remove accounts as appropriate.
How to report child-safety concerns
Where available, use the in-app report feature for the relevant account, message, image, call or LIVE session. You can also contact our dedicated child-safety point of contact:
Subject: URGENT Vymingle Child Safety Report
Include the user’s visible name or account identifier, the date, the feature involved and a concise explanation. Do not redistribute suspected CSAM or attach graphic material to a normal email. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or the relevant local child protection authority.
What we do with reports
We assess child-safety reports, apply appropriate restrictions, preserve relevant information when legally permitted or required, and report suspected child exploitation to competent authorities or designated organizations where applicable law requires or permits. We do not tolerate retaliation against good-faith reporters.
Cooperation and safety practices
Vymingle’s safety expectations include age eligibility checks, mechanisms for reporting harmful conduct, policies for handling CSAM, moderation review and action on violative accounts. Actual automated detection and escalation technologies must be configured and tested in the live app; a website policy alone does not implement those measures.
