Who we are

Vymingle is an adults-only dating and social connection service operated by POKETCGUK LTD ("Vymingle", "we", "us"). This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the Vymingle mobile application, website, support channels and related features.

Information we collect

Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, we may process:

• Account details: account ID, email, sign-in method, display name, date of birth or age/eligibility confirmation and account preferences.
• Profile and dating data: bio, photos, profile videos, interests, gender and the preferences or other details you choose to provide. Some profile information can be sensitive and is provided voluntarily.
• Location: country, approximate location or device location if you choose to enable location-based discovery. Precise location is used only where requested and permitted; do not share precise location in your public profile.
• Interactions: likes, matches, messages, shared photos, reports, blocks and app feature activity.
• Calls and LIVE: call/session metadata, broadcast content, comments, gifts and information required to deliver or moderate real-time services. Other users may see or capture content that you share publicly or during calls.
• Payments and creator activity: virtual coin balances, gift transactions, subscription status, app-store purchase identifiers, earnings and payout details when relevant.
• Technical and security information: device type, app version, IP address, diagnostics, authentication and abuse-prevention information.
• Support and safety: correspondence, tickets, user reports and evidence you send us in connection with an issue.

Google and Apple sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, we receive the identity information made available for authentication, such as a provider-specific account identifier, your email address and, where provided, your name or profile image. Apple may share a private relay email if you choose to hide your address.

We use this information to authenticate you, create or locate your Vymingle account, prevent account abuse and support account recovery. We do not request Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contact lists simply to provide sign-in. Authentication tokens are handled to verify sign-in and maintain a secure Vymingle session.

We do not sell Google or Apple sign-in information. Please refer to the relevant provider's own privacy notices for its independent processing.

How we use personal information

• Register and authenticate accounts; provide profiles, discovery, matches and communications.
• Enable LIVE interactions, purchases, gifting, subscriptions and eligible creator payouts.
• Apply user-selected preferences and improve service reliability, performance and user experience.
• Review reports, enforce community standards, prevent fraud and protect people against abuse.
• Respond to support inquiries, account requests and legal obligations.
• Send service communications and notifications, subject to device permissions and available settings.
• Support advertising where enabled and subject to required notice, user consent and regional privacy choices.

Our legal bases

Where UK or EU data protection laws apply, we rely on appropriate grounds such as contract performance to provide your requested features; legitimate interests in maintaining platform security, preventing abuse and improving service operations (balanced against your rights); legal obligations for recordkeeping and law enforcement compliance; and consent where required, such as for optional permissions, relevant marketing/advertising technologies, or special-category data.

Some information voluntarily entered into dating profiles may be sensitive. Where processing requires explicit consent, the app must collect it in the relevant flow before that processing occurs. You may withdraw consent where applicable, although that may limit certain features.

When we share information

Your public profile and selected content can be viewed by other users as allowed by Vymingle's settings and features. Information you post during LIVE sessions may be visible to an audience.

We may disclose necessary data to service providers helping us operate hosting/storage/CDN infrastructure, authentication, messaging and real-time calls or streaming, moderation, notifications, security, analytics, payment processing, ad delivery and customer support. For app-store purchases, Apple and Google process payments under their own terms. If advertising mediation or external processors are activated, their actual identities, data-sharing roles and privacy notices must be disclosed in the app and this policy before launch.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect people and the service, or as part of a genuine business reorganization subject to applicable protections. We do not disclose private messages to other users except as intended by the relevant conversation or a lawful/safety process.

Advertising, analytics and purchases

Vymingle may offer a free ad-supported experience and a Premium experience. Where advertising or analytics SDKs are enabled, these services can process advertising identifiers, device information, usage events and approximate location as permitted by your region and consent choices. Personalized ads, if offered, must respect applicable consent and device privacy controls.

Purchases of virtual coins and subscriptions through the mobile app are handled using the relevant app store's purchasing systems. We process transaction tokens, entitlements and records necessary to validate and fulfil purchases. We do not need your full payment card number from the app store.

Creator payouts, where offered, may involve payout providers such as PayPal or a supported cryptocurrency processor and may require compliance verification. Specific providers and regions may change; active providers must be disclosed before those flows go live.

Messaging, calls and LIVE content

Private messages and shared media are processed to deliver communications and to investigate user reports or threats to safety, subject to applicable law. Audio/video streams may be transmitted or processed by communications providers for real-time functionality, network quality and safety operations. We will provide specific notices if calls or streams are recorded or retained as recordings by Vymingle.

Always consider that a recipient or viewer may capture or share content you send, even when the service does not provide a recording feature.

Data retention and deletion

We generally keep account and service information for as long as you maintain an account or as necessary to deliver features, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, meet financial/legal retention requirements and protect security. The period varies by category and legal requirement. Data in backups and compliance records may remain for a limited additional period according to operational retention schedules.

You can request account and associated personal data deletion using our Account Deletion page or contact our support team. Some information may be retained where the law allows or requires it, including records relevant to outstanding disputes or safety investigations.

Security and international transfers

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect data, including controlled access, transport encryption and abuse detection measures appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Where legally required, appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual or other safeguards must be put in place and documented.

Your privacy choices and rights

You can update profile information and preferences where those controls are offered in the app, restrict optional device permissions in your phone settings, and use available block/report controls.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or port certain personal information; withdraw consent; and complain to a relevant data protection authority. 18+ only and child safety

Vymingle is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. People under 18 may not open an account or use dating, random video, LIVE or other platform features. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the service. Reports of underage users or child exploitation are treated as safety matters and may lead to account restriction, investigation, and appropriate reporting to authorities.

Website storage and cookies

This static public website does not contain built-in advertising, behavior analytics or third-party tracking scripts. It uses a browser local-storage value solely to remember when you dismiss its informational cookie notice. See the Cookie Notice. The mobile app may use SDK technologies separately as described above and in its in-app notices.

We may update this policy when the service, law or data practices change. We will publish the updated version and make additional notifications when required.
